Are your cabins available for purchase?

When we have cabins for lease, they are exclusively for lease. We do sell cabins however. If you own a cabin, you can sell directly to us or get us to sell on behalf of you. Contact us for more information.

How wide does the access need to be?

Entry access needs to be 2.5m wide. There needs to be sufficient space to drive a vehicle into the area to park the cabin. The cabin needs to be stationed on flat land.

How much room will I need?

You need at least 5x3 of reasonably level ground for the cabin to sit on.

Is bond required?

Yes. When the cabin is returned in excellent condition, your bond will be refunded.

What do I do when finished with my cabin?

Once you've completed your minimum lease length, you can contact us to remove your cabin. We require one month minimum notice before the end of the lease.

What if there isn't enough space?

We will need to arrange a hiab crane to lift the cabin into place. This will incur extra cost.

We manage cabins on behalf of others. This includes collecting rent, organising transport, handling communication, paperwork, liaising, advertising. Please contact us to learn more.
